version 1.0

This utility is programmed in Visual Basic *cough* *cough*.  It basically let's you archive your ROMS and have an image for them, info about the game, and enter a description.  Then let's you export to a specified directory or copy to anywhere.  The app doesn't resemble a regulat WIN32 app becasue I through some graphics into it and made it real pretty =).  

Things missing:

Rom header reading.  You have to manually select info about the game(s).
Any other options you guys want to see.
