These are last minute additions to the RTool2 manual.

Errata:
1) Rtool2 version 2.0.5 DOES NOT support NT (Version 2.1
will have full NT support and it will be available in
    a week or two)

2) You do not need to byte flip files. RTool will autodetect
which endian is required as it sends to the specified unit.

3) Rtool2 supports the new ECP protocols as seen in TPC2.

4) Dont copy compressed files to a Zip disk and try to run
them on your Z64. They wont work.

Common Errors/Misconceptions

Q: Why is Directory reading so slow.
A: File previewing is turned on. Disable to speed up
       directory accessing times.

Q: Why are some of my Images missing?
A: Check the filter box. 'ALL IMAGES' should be shown.

Q: Some operations are very slow.
A: This is usually caused by having backups enabled. Before
anything is carried out that could be destructive to a image
RTool attempts to back up that image first. Disabling this
       will speed up operation.

    Q: I'm missing some DLL's.
    A: MFC42.DLL and MSVCRT.DLL need to live in \windows\system.
