Changes:

Works now with NuGraf(TM) 2.1i C-source output.
I also added a new option '-sa' to be able to set the segment-adress
if you use option '-b' (binary-output).


Notes:

The send-tool OVSEND only works with your port set to normal, i.e.
NO ECP-support. I'm not sure if I'll change that in the near future
since I'm heavily engaged with another project.

Some people seem to work on converters with a lot more functions/ support
for "more straighter" formats (hi shroomy!), so I really don't know
if I'll continue to work on OGL2DL.
