V64SPLIT

Here is a little msdos util that will cut the unused bytes from v64 files that
are too big (for example 'Human GP' should be 64mb and not 128mb).

Usage: V64SPLIT.EXE filename

after you have split the file u can send it and it wont take as long to load!
