I. Overview
	DIAPS was created by Brandon Becker of Deglan Entertainment
	to serve the purpose of creating and applying APS and IPS patches.
	DIAPS is more of a front-end to xPSApply, SNES Patch Creating System,
	and MakeAPS than a stand-alone program.  In the future it may be made
	stand alone.
II. Bugs
	There are no current known bugs in DIAPS.

III. Updates
	A. Version Updates
	
	   v1.0 BETA
	   First release of DIAPS.  Features include APS and IPS Create
	   Apply.
	
	B. Maybes For Future Releases
	
	   1. APS and IPS creation and applying built into DIAPS as a stand
	      alone program.
	   2. Header reading/writing.
	   3. RTool-type program for Sending/Recieving.
	   4. Progress Bars on creating and applying patches.
	   5. Byte-flipping.
	   6. Even More
	C. Definates For Future Releases

	   1. All features visible will be available (For back-ups and
	      logs).
	   2. Better graphics (Current piece-of-shit graphics will be
	      replaced).
IV. How To Use
	Using DIAPS is pretty self explanitory.  Incase you, for some weird
	reason, can't understand how to use it, you click on the Open buttons
	to select the file you want to open (whether it be a rom for creating
	and applying or a patch for applying) and you click on the Save
	buttons for the name of the patch you want to create.  If you have
